As Managing Director for High Ground Company, Allyson’s role encompasses identifying and pursuing strategic growth opportunities, fostering relationships, and advancing the firm’s mission. During nearly the last two decades of her career, she has held executive management positions with Wachovia, Wells Fargo, and SunTrust (Truist). Her most recent role was as the head of the Private Banking Division for SunTrust, leading over 300 financial professionals in the bank’s high-net-worth client segment. 

 

Regarded as an industry leader in the banking, investments, and insurance fields, Allyson’s experience makes her an excellent fit with High Ground Company.  Throughout her career, she has maintained that appropriate financial advice is driven by client goals and not products.  By listening to clients and collaborating with their team of advisors, Allyson believes that the best advice is comprehensive and unbiased.  She leverages creative solutions and industry experience to help mitigate risk and assist clients in the pursuit of their planning goals.  She has earned a reputation among trusted advisors for excelling with client-centric planning surrounding the complex issues regarding wealth protection, and generational planning.

 

​​​​​​Allyson holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), International Business and Economics from the University of Georgia.  She lives in Buckhead with her husband, their two children and two Labradors. She enjoys playing tennis, traveling, and spending time with close friends.  In addition to their community involvement, Allyson and her family attend Peachtree Road United Methodist Church.
