As Director of Client Care, Gabriella Townes brings more than a decade of experience across client services in both the United Kingdom and the United States. Originally from the UK, Gabriella began her career in consumer litigation and consumer rights, developing a strong foundation in advocacy, attention to detail, and complex case management.

As a military spouse with a diverse international background, Gabriella brings adaptability, perspective, and a deep commitment to service into her role at High Ground Company. She partners closely with clients, advisors, and professional teams to ensure a seamless experience and consistently high standard of care throughout the planning process.
